Anouk
was born and raised in Montreal in a French speaking family. From a young age, she knew she wanted to be a doctor but life lead her towards a bachelor's degree in psychology, from which she graduated with distinction in the honours program. She then became fascinated by forensic psychology but half-way through her master's degree in criminology, she realized that medicine was her true calling.

During that time, Anouk was introduced to homeopathy and decided enroll as a student at the Centre de Techniques Homéopathiques in Montreal. She practiced as a classical homeopath for a few years and also taught homeopathy for 3 years until she decided to become a naturopathic doctor as well.

In 2005, Anouk graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. During her training, she was part of the Naturopathic Sports Medicine Group and did internships at Sherbourne Naturopathic Clinic specializing in HIV positive patients as well as at the naturopathic clinic for aboriginals, Anishnawbe. Furthermore, she has additional training in intravenous therapy as well as mesotherapy for both cosmetic treatments and pain management and she has been lecturing about injection therapy to other health care practitioners across Canada.

In her practice, Anouk is passionate about whole family health with a special focus on integrative oncology as well as pain management. As a Naturopathic Doctor, she helps people a wide variety of conditions ranging from acute infections to chronic disease. The treatment modalities mostly used in her practice include nutrition, natural supplements, botanical medicine, homeopathy, infusion therapy and mesotherapy.

Outside of her practice, Anouk lives in the country, about 1 hour away from Ottawa, with her husband and their 3 dogs. She greatly enjoys growing her own organic vegetables and hopes to start an organic farm and raise organic beef and chickens in the next 2 years.
