Reflexology

Foot Reflexology

is a holistic healing technique that aims to induce a state of balance and harmony in body, mind and spirit through stimulation of reflex zones and acupuncture points on the feet.

The role of reflexology is to facilitate healing. A reflexologist cannot cure , only the body can cure itself, however, when dealing with health challenges, a client may utilize a series of reflexology sessions to revitalize the body so that it’s own natural healing capacity can function more effectively.

One of the most important benefits of reflexology is its’ ability to induce a state of deep relaxation, thereby reducing the negative effects of stress. I have had clients comment that the reflexology session relaxed them as much or more than a full body massage!
